Trainee members do not need to pay membership due. For regular members, please send your payment (money orders in US funds or personal checks from US banks in the amount of $50 for annual membership and $350 for lifetime membership), along with a printout of the "membership_application_and_renewal_form" to Chinese American Society of Nephrology (Dr. Kurt Lee), 2965 Harrison, Suite 116, Beaumont, Texas 77702.
